# Use Case: Incoming Shipments

ShipAware isn’t just for outgoing shipments. If you’re in procurement, you can stay on top of incoming shipment issues.

1. Enable all desired [internal notifications](https://app.shipaware.com/notify/)

2. Change your [late delivery alert settings](https://app.shipaware.com/shipments/settings/#late_shipments) to match your desired supplier shipping SLA.

3. On the [shipments page](https://app.shipaware.com/shipments/), click the ‘Create’ dropdown and choose to enter your incoming shipments one at a time, through the bulk form, or csv import.
