Use Case: Incoming Shipments

ShipAware isn’t just for outgoing shipments. If you’re in procurement, you can stay on top of incoming shipment issues.

1. Enable all desired internal notifications

2. Change your late delivery alert settings to match your desired supplier shipping SLA.

3. On the shipments page, click the ‘Create’ dropdown and choose to enter your incoming shipments one at a time, through the bulk form, or csv import.
